As our communities struggle to survive this pandemic and against a failed governance and economic system, how will we reclaim our power and create a world where our needs are met, and no one is disposable? This series intends to be an educational tool for those who want to build a new world but don’t know where to start.
Many of the strongest examples we have of real solidarity economies – where communities are meeting their own needs outside of capitalist systems – come out of social movements in Latin America, and the communities who have carried those traditions of cooperation across borders.
